On 3rd, 4th and 5th October we ran our YA! and CIO Forums in Amsterdam and London.
An interesting group of speakers and/or panel members discussed IT Information Security and Compliance.
Bryan Palma provided an excellent presentation. As a former Secret Service agent and CISO of PepsiCo, Bryan tapped into his rich and varied experience to provide the audience with tales of both how to tactically structure a Security Environment as well as on the life of a Secret Agent!
The Program at the SMU, Dallas on 31st October 2006 was very well attended. Over 50 CXOs joined in to listen to Executives from ExxonMobil, PepsiCo, SensorLogic, and SAP who shared their experiences and vision on how the CIOs of tomorrow should tackle such issues as major transformation programs, leading technologies, and shared services with business units.
AMR Research presented insights on the CIO of the future and the need for the CIO to communicate in business, technology, and financial terms.
